Friday, September 16 2011 – Times Picayune – More than 2,600 tax delinquent properties in New Orleans are slated to hit the online auction block for a three-day bidding period that opens Tuesday. The properties, which carry a base price ranging from $227 to $745,542, will be available for sale to the public Sept. 20, 21 and 22, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., according to Archon Information Systems, which contracts with City Hall to collect delinquent property taxes.
